My process is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re in the early stages of pregnancy or well into your postpartum journey. I assess your individual needs, considering everything from your current fitness level to any specific challenges you’re facing with your pelvic floor or core. From there, I craft a personalized plan that gradually reintroduces strength, mobility, and cardio, aligning with your body’s natural healing and adaptation process.

Your program will be tailored to the activities you enjoy and your current needs. If burpees aren’t your thing, don’t worry—I won’t include them unless you love them!

You’ll build strength, run confidently, and move with ease while learning the mind-muscle connection to strengthen your body from the inside out. We’ll focus on how your core relates to your pelvic floor, helping you regain your sense of empowerment.
Guidance and Support:
Never second-guess your form again! With exclusive access to my training app, you’ll receive video demonstrations and written instructions for every movement. Plus, I’m just a message away if you have any questions.
Accountability:
